Andy is un-holstering a gun or ammo from one of the dead guards.
She and Nile shot four as they came through the door. Nile had two guns on her, she gave the one to Andy.
Nicky, then Joe grab handguns from their bodies. Booker grabs a rifle, but we don't see it. All of them probably grab some ammo, too.
