So, I've spent the afternoon link-hopping around Tumblr, following Old Guard meta. (Which isn't easy because I have only the teeniest clue how to "work" Tumblr.) I think that is how it's meant to work, sorry. Google Docs prioritizes the ability to edit text over following links. I've also used some text editors where trying to click the text of a link to edit it invariably opens the link in a new window, and would say they're probably equally annoying? But if you're only trying to read, not edit, yeah, it's suboptimal.

Okay, no problem, but thanks for confirming that it's not me. I always suspect that if I'm having trouble with something, the problem is in me instead of in it. Which is frequently true... but not always, thank goodness! But then I never know. <sheepish grin> I guess it keeps life interesting.
